Delivery

• ・Sundays and holidays are not counted to business days; however, we do use the factory as manufacturing reserve days. Also, we may not be able to deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays for Friday shipments. Please check with us each time.
• ・Please note that some delivery areas may take longer depending on the destinations. For the delivery date and shipping cost, please contact us. We normally use DHL for to calculate the cost and duration.
• ・If there is a problem with the submitted data or specifications, we will recalculate the delivery date after it is resolved.
• ・Please note that we may require more days for quantities not listed on the website. Also, during the busiest season (late June to July), the product may take a few more days to arrive, depending on how busy the factory is. Please allow us to have more time for delivery.
• ・Our factory may be out of operation during the year-end, New Year’s period, and Chinese New Year.
• ・The quotation includes shipping to the delivery address specified. However, in the following cases, additional shipping charges may be required.

• ●Sending to two or more locations (separate shipping costs will be charged for the second and subsequent locations)

Payment must be done by bank transfer (prepayment).

• ・Due to the nature of the product, Bamboo fans have a hard, uneven material (on the handle part), and it is inevitable that the color of the printed surface may peel off or be slightly scratched due to rubbing during transport. The shape will have some individual differences because we use natural bamboo material. In addition, there is a possibility of cracks in the bamboo. Please note that if the rubbing or scratching is in a certain tolerance range, the product will not be considered a claim.
