Q Is there a minimum lot size?

There is no specific plan for Bamboo fan, Poly fan, Hand held fan and Calendar. Please ask us for Lot Size.

Q Can I bring in my own fabric to make fans and hand held fans?

Yes, Please ask us for more information if you would like one for bamboo fan and hand held fan.

Q Do you have any catalogs other than fans and calendar?

Unfortunately, we do not have one, however, we do have samples. Please ask our sales representative.

Q I would like to use Tokyo 2020 Olympic Game licensed products in promotional items.

Unfortunately, the product annot be used for promotional purposes, including printing names.

Q Do you have wholesale units?

We will cover the shipping costs for orders of 30,000 yen or more for 5 or more bottles of one type.

Q Can I use another company’s template to submit my fan/hand held fan?

Basically, it cannot be used. We will send it to you after placing an order, so please let us know.

Q Is it possible to use Photoshop data as the input format?

Please use illustrator data.

Q Can I buy ready-made products directly from the office?

Unfortunately, wee cannot sell the products even if you come to our head office or Tokyo branch directly since we do not have them in stock. Please use our online store.
